I am thrilled you have found your way to the Savvy Marketing Secrets Blog. I created this blog last year to add a lighter, more current touch to the information you can find at Savvymarketingsecrets.com.
Like a number of other bloggers, I am a former journalist. I have run a small marketing consulting firm — Ming Communications — for a number of years. And I worked with small business owners for a nonprofit agency in Delaware for nearly 10 years.
I know how hard it can be to make your small business more visible. Many marketing activities are costly and time-consuming. However, the Internet makes it possible for very small businesses to expand their footprint using such powerful tools as blogs and social media online. My goal at Savvy Marketing Secrets is to show how to do some of this stuff without destroying your budget.

Several people have asked how to add my site to their rss readers. I have to admit that I thought you could do that with sexybookmarks, but that is not the case. You need to watch the scrolling block on the top of the right column until the words “Feed me” appear. When you click on it, it will take you to my RSS Feed subscription page. I hope this helps.
